Shipping and Returns

Upon placing your order you will receive, immediately an order confirmation email. Within 48 hours of your order being placed you should receive a second email to confirm your order is being processed with the status updated to Processing.

If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order or there is a payment problem we will contact you via telephone or email.

Once your order status is processing, shipping will take place within 24-48 hours. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you accompanied with a track and trace number if applicable and your order status will progress to Shipped.

We offer two choices for shipment of your order, from which you can select in the checkout process:

Registered First Class Airmail (*Recommended)

Fee: FREE *
*for larger orders a fee may apply

Destinations: All countries with the exception of Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand and South Africa

*Registered airmail is the preferred shipping method as it is more secure and less likely to be stolen or lost. It does require a signature on delivery.

Express Mail Service - EMS:

Destinations: Most countries with the exception of South Africa and New Zealand. EMS service is only available where a country's postal service is a participant in the EMS program.

Our deliveries can be made to your home or business address, which you can specify in your account settings or at the time of checkout. Please bear in mind that registered mail shipments will require a signature on receipt of your delivery. In the event that you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange a redelivery or at which post office it is be stored for collection.

We DO NOT offer overnight shipping.

PO Boxes and APO Addresses: For deliveries to PO Boxes and APO addresses, login and go to your Account page and set your Primary Shipping Address to the PO Box or APO address as appropriate.

Customs: Ulcershop dispatches your order from either

  • Vanuatu, South Pacific (near Australia)
  • Seychelles, Indian Ocean (near South Africa)
  • India

When your package passes through Customs there might be a delay of up to 72 hours before the package is released into the local postal system. We suggest that you always allow extra time and order ahead so you are not inconvenienced.

Delivery Times: We promptly ship most orders within 72 hours of the order being placed. The delivery times are entirely dependent on the local postal service.

Delivery timeframes for international services vary depending on the destination and, if applicable, exclude time in customs. Areas outside of metropolitan cities may also experience longer delivery timeframes.

The typical delivery times for regular/registered airmail post are:

  • USA/ Canada: 10 – 14 working days
  • UK: 8 – 14 working days
  • Europe: 14 - 21 working days
  • Australia: 7 - 14 working days
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 21 working days

If your order hasn't arrived within the standard delivery times above, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery PRIOR to contacting us to establish if your order is simply delayed with delivery; held at customs or indeed lost.

Large orders: will be shipped in multiple packages on different days.

Track and Trace

Track and Trace tracks both Registered Airmail* and EMS. (*Limited tracking with Registered Airmail)

Post/EMS use a standard numbering system consisting of 2 letters + 9 digits + 2 letters. The two last letters indicates which company the shipment belongs to. Note that not all shipments use this standard.

This service makes it possible to track shipments with different countries from one place. Country is selected automatically based on the number entered.

Post EMS Tracking

We will reship or refund any lost order provided we are contacted within 6 weeks from the ship date. No reshipments or refunds will be accepted if reported to us after 6 weeks.

We are happy to replace any order that has not been delivered but on the following conditions:

  • 21 working days has elapsed in addition to the standard delivery time since the ship date.
  • The shipping address provided to us is correct.

If you have provided an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement order. When/if the original order is returned to us we will contact you with the refund details.

The postal service makes every effort to deliver ontime. Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment being approved.

Returns and Refunds: We will refund for any product as long as we have received the goods back from you and the product can be resold. The products need to be unused, unopened, with an expiry date of more than 6 months. We will only refund to your original credit card used for that order – no exceptions.

Cancelling an Order: If you wish to cancel your order you need to be prompt as your order is likely to be on its way to you within 48hours of you placing it. If you cancel before the goods are shipped we will refund only back to the credit card which you used to pay for the order.

Product Quality: We guarantee that the goods are as represented on the website, from the manufacturers stated, arrive to you in good condition, with manufacturers seals intact, and with sufficient time to expiry. If we fail to meet these conditions, we will either replace or refund the goods.
